Refund policy

365 Day Guarantee

We offer a 365 Day Guarantee against any manufacturing defects. We guarantee repair or replacement if any damage to the material or workmanship of your Penny Pairs jewelry occurs.

This does not apply to damage due to regular wear and tear like scratches, bent metals, or improper use and storage.

You will need to present either a receipt, proof of purchase or order number/email address you used to make the order to avail of a repair/replacement.

If we’re unable to repair your item, you may opt to receive a replacement of the same item or receive store credit equivalent to the amount you paid.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. Your purchase was made within the last 30 days,

  2. The item is in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused and in its original packaging and

  3. You have the receipt, proof of purchase or order number/email address you used to make the order.

You may exchange your jewelry for store credit or another item of the same or higher price.

Returns and exchanges can be processed online or in-store. For online returns, send us an email at love@pennypairs.com or message us at @pennypairs on Instagram.

For in-store returns, you may visit any Penny Pairs branch.

Online orders are eligible for in-store returns, and in-store purchases can also be returned online.


Refunds 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, you will receive a refund for the full amount of your order. Please note that refunds are not available beyond 180 days from the date of purchase.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
