All jewelry is hypoallergenic, nickel-free, cadmium-free, and lead-free.
We manufacture in South East Asia and certain collections are sourced and locally handmade in the Philippines.

925 Silver, the base of most our jewelry, is sensitive to water. Avoid this when wearing your piece, because sterling silver can oxidize. However, the oils in your skin help keep sterling silver from oxidizing faster. Luckily, if your piece does oxidize, it can also easily be cleaned with silver cleaner.
Our best advice is, wear your jewelry often and keep them in your Penny Pairs pouch when not in use. Do not keep your jewelry in a humid area like a bathroom.
To clean your 925 Silver and 18K Gold Vermeil jewelry, you may use lukewarm water and a soft liquid soap, if you need to. Avoid harsh chemicals and detergents when cleaning your gold vermeil. Don't dip your pieces in water, instead, dip a cloth in water and soap and gently wipe your vermeil jewelry piece.
After you finish cleaning your piece, rinse it by using another cloth dipped in plain water. Carefully dry it afterward and place it in your pouch 🙂
No, our products are not pawnable. Our jewelry is mostly made of extra thick 18K gold plating over 925 silver and while it’s more durable than regular gold plating, it won’t be accepted in pawn shops. To know more about what materials we use, you can check out: Materials
Although our extra-thick layers of gold make them tarnish resistant, all natural metals may tarnish over time. To keep your jewelry at it's best, we recommend following our care instructions, but if your jewelry still tarnishes you can gently buff your pieces with the polishing cloth that comes with your order to restore their natural shine.
Our pieces are handmade with love, but things may not always be perfect. All jewelry comes with a 180 Day guarantee. If your jewelry is less than perfect when they reach you, please let us know! Customers in Metro Manila can opt to select express 1-2 day delivery upon checkout for a small fee (rates vary based on the season).
One business day after payment has been processed! For all orders made over the weekend, processing is on Monday and shipments are on Tuesday.
We want your jewelry to get to you as soon as possible, but please allow 2-5 business days for them to arrive for Metro Manila orders, and 6-10 business days for Provincial orders!
If your jewelry is less than perfect when they reach you, please let us know! Send a photo of your pair/s to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution. We have a 30 day deadline for returns due to preference (style or size). Store credit will only be issued if the item/s for return are undamaged and clean.
If you've changed your mind about your new jewelry, we can exchange the unused item in their original packaging for store credit. Send us an email at email@example.com so that we can process your return!
