In the description of each product, you’ll find exactly what the pair is made of. Usually, our earrings are made of 925 Silver and 18K Gold Vermeil.
925 Sterling Silver is made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper.
18K Gold Vermeil is 18K Gold coated 925 Silver.
Some pairs are made with gold-plated copper, freshwater pearls, acrylic resin, and silver posts.
All pairs are hypoallergenic, nickel-free, cadmium-free, and lead-free.
To keep your Penny Pairs at their best, avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics, and do not wear in the shower, pool, or ocean!
925 Silver, the base of most our pairs, is sensitive to water. Avoid this when wearing your piece, because sterling silver can oxidize. However, the oils in your skin help keep sterling silver from oxidizing faster. Luckily, if your piece does oxidize, it can also easily be cleaned with silver cleaner.
Our best advice is, wear your pair often and keep them in your Penny Pairs pouch when not in use!

Our shipping fee is free of charge for all Metro Manila orders - no minimum purchase required. For orders outside of Metro Manila, we charge a discounted rate based on the location and free shipping for orders above ₱2,000
We ship orders out one business day after payment has been processed. For all orders made over the weekend, processing is on Monday and shipments are on Tuesday.

We want your pairs to get to you as soon as possible, but please allow 2-4 business days for them to arrive for Metro Manila orders, and 6-10 business days for Provincial orders!

If you've changed your mind about your new Penny Pair, we can exchange the unused item in their original packaging for store credit. Send us an email at email@example.com so that we can process your return!
Penny Pairs that are already used cannot be accepted for returns due to hygiene reasons 🙂
Unfortunately, Penny Points from purchases cannot be issued retroactively, so we cannot issue you points for purchases you made before the launch of the rewards program! 🙁

Your birthday must not be 30 days within your sign up date to get the points. You'll get your gift next year though (and every year after)!
