Excellent Product and Superb Customer Service

This is not my first time to buy from Penny Pairs. My previous necklace from them has not yet tarnished and I’m expecting this necklace will be the same. The actual necklace is so gorgeous, and the length is perfect for a choker. As for the post-sales service, Penny Pairs did not disappoint. We had a problem with the parcel (shipped via J&T) where the rider marked the item as “customer rejected”, but I never received the item, not the rider even attempted to deliver it. Despite this mishap, Penny Pairs still sent me another parcel. So thankful I found this store. Much love from me.
