Social Media Associate

The Social Media Associate will cover the day-to-day social media management and implementation of the brand’s social media strategy. He/she will develop the monthly content calendar, as well as be responsible for conceptualizing and creating content for the brand’s communication platforms. Being a creative thinker and self-starter with good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills are expected qualities for this position. He/she is also expected to be updated with the latest social media trends and be able to think of new ways to apply this to the brand, while still having a data-driven approach. Along with the Marketing Team and Creative Director, he/she must understand the brand’s essence and ensure our social media communications are aligned.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Work with Marketing Team in developing monthly social media strategy and content calendar
  • Conceptualize, create, and publish content across the brand’s social media platforms
  • Manage day-to-day deliverables across social media platforms, including Instagram feed posts, captions, and stories
  • Create and execute social media campaigns for launches, collaborations, and other events
  • Build relationships and interact with social media community 
  • Measure and report analytics and performance of content and social media efforts
  • Use data to lead social media efforts and improve social media conversion
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices
  • Assist in managing our Telegram and Viber messaging channels
  • Assist in reel and ad creation and other projects of the Marketing Team when necessary

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, and other relevant courses
  • Active user of social media, especially Instagram and TikTok
  • Basic Photoshop skills
  • Basic video editing skills (Reels and Tiktoks)
  • Experience in social media management and/or e-commerce
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Creative and able to think innovatively
  • Detail-oriented and has a good eye for design
  • Interested in jewelry, sustainability, and fashion
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal direction
  • Open to fresh grads! Work experience is preferred but not required.

Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual content across the brand’s communication platforms. He/she will create visually appealing and engaging content for the brand, with a primary focus on digital media and marketing collateral. He/she is expected to have basic to intermediate graphic design skills, as well as excellent work ethic to manage multiple projects at a time. He/she is also expected to have a keen eye for design and excellent attention to detail, ensuring both high quality and aesthetically pleasing output. Along with the Marketing Team and Creative Director, he/she must understand the brand’s essence and help uphold our visual identity across all platforms.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, logos, and other visual elements for various print and digital media
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team on how to best execute creative ideas and campaigns, and help develop creative concepts and design solutions aligned with this
  • Assist with execution of online campaigns and social media posts
  • Assist with photography edits and touch-ups
  • Assist in creating and managing website collaterals
  • Ensure consistency and cohesiveness in visual messaging and branding across all channels, adhering to brand guidelines and standards
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to uphold the brand’s visual identity and maintain brand integrity in all collaterals

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Communication, and other relevant courses
  • Basic to intermediate graphic design skills
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or other design software
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
  • Creative and able to think innovatively
  • Attention to detail and keen eye for design and aesthetics
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in web design, motion graphics, and video editing is a plus
  • Open to fresh grads! Work experience is preferred but not required.

Website Manager

The Website Manager will be responsible for managing the e-commerce website and developing strategies to improve its performance. He/she will work closely with the Marketing Team to enhance the website experience, implement themes during promotional periods, and ensure the website is up to date with the latest selections. He/she will manage SEO, website copy, content, and landing page development directly. Additionally, he/she will generate performance reports and manage e-commerce sales platforms and channels. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate good research and troubleshooting skills, and have exceptional attention to detail.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing e-commerce website
  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategy in order to improve website performance
  • Work with the marketing team in order to improve website experience
  • Set-up and upload themes during promotional periods and offers
  • Coordinate and set-up new products during product launches
  • Research market in order to discover trends and technologies for website performance
  • Analyze data to deliver top performance and KPIs
  • Directly manage SEO, website copy, website content, and landing page development
  • Report on performance of website and products
  • Coordinate with payment platforms for secure payment capturing on website
  • Manage e-commerce sales platforms and channels

Skills and Requirements

  • Experience as an e-commerce manager or website manager
  • Degree in IT, marketing management, business, information systems, or similar
  • Experience or expertise in Shopify Development is a major plus
  • Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce
  • Unmatched research and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Can work in a fast paced environment, independently with minimal supervision
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Critical thinker, analytical problem solver, with exemplary attention to detail
  • Always willing to learn about the industry
