Digital Engagement Associate

The Digital Engagement Associate will be responsible for enhancing our digital presence, engaging with our audience, and driving our brand's digital strategy. He/she will work alongside the Marketing Team in providing content and engagement to all our digital platforms. He/she will also direct the customer service team in product education and in upholding brand values in conversations. Lastly, he/she will also assist in collecting customer insights from said platforms to guide the brand’s decisions. Being a creative thinker and self-starter with good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills are expected qualities for this position. Along with the Marketing Team and Creative Director, he/she must understand the brand’s essence and ensure our digital communications are aligned.

 

Responsibilities:

Content Development

  • Manage the day-to-day social media deliverables such as posts, captions, and stories
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team in developing the content calendar
  • Develop, create, and publish content across the brand’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Youtube Shorts) 
  • Ensure all social media platforms are aligned and consistent
  • Assist in content creation and other projects of the Marketing Team when necessary

Community Engagement

  • Build relationships with our audience and foster community engagement
  • Assist in replying to KOLs and managing UGC
  • Manage the brand’s Viber and Telegram messaging channels
  • Direct customer service team to ensure that they uphold brand values in conversations

Analytics and Reporting

  • Measure and report analytics and performance of digital efforts
  • Collect customer insights from digital platforms and customer service team to help direct company plans 
  • Stay up to date with digital trends and best practices

 

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, and other relevant courses
  • Active user of social media, especially Instagram and TikTok
  • Basic photo and video editing skills (Reels and Tiktoks)
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media management and/or e-commerce
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Creative and able to think innovatively
  • Interested in jewelry, sustainability, and fashion
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimal direction
  • Open to fresh grads! Work experience is preferred but not required.
